Введение. Проблема урегулирования сирийского конфликта является одной из самых важных в международной повестке дня. Промежуточным итогом этого конфликта стало изменение роли, которую играют курды в Сирии. Курдская община Сирии — одна из активно действующих сторон конфликта. Курдский фактор оказывает большое влияние на развитие сирийского конфликта, и решение курдского вопроса является частью его политического урегулирования. Цель статьи — анализ современного состояния курдского вопроса в Сирии в контексте урегулирования сирийского конфликта.
Материалы и методы. Сбор фактов из различных источников и литературы с целью установления объективных закономерностей развития курдского вопроса в Сирии, их обобщение и анализ.
Результаты исследования. Выработана хронология развития курдского вопроса в Сирии, изучен курдский вопрос в Сирии после ликвидации «Исламского государства».
Обсуждение. В 2014—2016 гг. на фоне успехов сирийских курдов в борьбе с боевиками ИГ происходило усиление их роли в политических процессах страны. В 2014 г. была создана сирийская курдская автономия Рожава. Курдские боевые отряды пошли на перемирие с сирийской армией и наладили диалог с властями страны. Также сирийские курды расширили поле регионального сотрудничества. После разгрома ИГ в Сирии, в новых условиях, когда одна из сторон сирийского конфликта была ликвидирована, могло показаться, что процесс мирного урегулирования должен быть существенно облегчен. Сирийская курдская община внесла весомый вклад в противодействие боевикам ИГ и рассчитывала на то, что с ее интересами впредь будут считаться. Однако этого не произошло.
Заключение. Противоречия между Турцией и сирийскими курдами составляют отдельное измерение сирийского конфликта. В 2019 г. развитие курдского вопроса в Сирии определяется соотношением сил между курдами, Дамаском, Турцией, Россией и США и имеет решающее значение не только для курдской общины, но и для будущего устройства страны.

Introduction. The peace settlement of an ongoing conflict in Syria is one of the urgent issues of the international agenda. The subtotal of the Syrian conflict is a dramatic change of the role that the Kurds play in social and political processes in Syria. The Kurdish community of Syria has become one of the main parties in the conflict. The Kurdish factor has a great impact on the developing of the Syrian conflict. A comprehensive settlement of the Kurdish issue is one of the keys to the po» litical solution to the Syrian conflict. The aim of the article is to analyze the current state of the Syrian Kurdish issue in the context of the settlement of the Syrian crisis.
Materials and methods. The main methods of the investigation are collecting of the fact from the primary sources and literature, and analysis of the facts.
Results of the study. As a result of the investigation it is revealed that the contradictions between Turkey and the Kurds provide a separate dimension of the Syrian conflict. In 2019 the interaction among the Syrian Kurds, Damascus, Turkey, Russia and the United States determines the future of The Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria.
Discussion. In 2014—2016 against the backdrop of the successes of the Syrian Kurds in the fight against IS fighters, their role in the political processes of the country intensified. In 2014, the Syrian Kurdish autonomy of Rojava was created. Kurdish combat troops entered into a truce with the Syrian army, and established a dialogue with the authorities of the country. Also, Syrian Kurds have expanded the field of regional cooperation. After the defeat of the Islamic State in Syria, in the new conditions, when one of the parties of the Syrian conflict was liquidated, it might seem that the process of peaceful settlement should be substantially facilitated. The Syrian Kurdish community has made a significant contribution to countering IS militants and hoped that it will continue to be reckoned with its interests. However, this did not happen.
Conclusion. In conclusion it should be mentioned that the developing of the Kurdish issue in Syria has a crucial importance not only for the Kurdish community but for the country`s institutional framework.
