Open Access Policy
The journal adheres to the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), therefore, starting from issue No. 4 of 2023, journal articles are available in open access under the adopted Creative Commons: Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) License.(CC BY–NC 4.0).
Under this license, the following is possible:

share (exchange) – copy and distribute material on any media and in any format;

adapt (create derivative materials) – modify the material and create something new based on it.
The following conditions are required:

“Attribution” – indication of authorship, link to license and changes, if any, were made.

“NonCommercial” – absence of commercial purposes when using the material.

No additional restrictions – prohibits the creation of new legal or technological restrictions that prevent others from doing something that is permitted by the license.
